3BTECH COMPANY EXTREME ripoff SOLD DEFECTIVE MDSE AND WANT ME TO PAY SHIPPING BACK TO THEM SOUTH BEND Indiana
ordered a u.p.s. computer power supply with free shipping from 3BBTECH COMPANY a week ago. arrived at my house 2 days ago 08-21-2006. i unpacked it and found that the unit, although taped with plastic, HAD MARKS ALL OVER IT it that appear to be where a WET SPONGE wiped the unit down! also noticed that the unit had a "round STAIN impression" at the bottom front on the unit.this is NOT a manufacturing flaw or defect, this was a USED or REFURBISHED unit i was sent! i purchased a new unit and not refurbished one. i also found that when i plugged the unit in, it was D.O.A. and DID NOT WORK AT ALL!!(NOT SURPRISING ANYMORE!).
I E-MAILED AND FAXED the company and only got a response when i threatened to STOP PAYMENT through my credit card.they said that i can send the unit back to them but,as heavy as this is, i have to PAY THE SHIPPING BACK to them! THEY HAVE ROCKS IN THEIR HEAD! they have the responsibility to sell and distribute working equipment to purchasers and to police their providers. they have done neither and have NO QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEMS. to expect me to pay for shipping back to them for a unit that bears all the physical and electrical marks of not being new,or refurbished, or used is unheard of. they have threatened legal action against me (for $40.00) and have SLANDERED ME stating that i am a thief. i am glad that they put that in writing as that could wind up being a "5-digit" windfall for me to retaliate. i have requested a pre-paid shipping label back to them and am willing to return item to them as stated above.they hold my money hostage (or so they think) and i hold a dead u.p.s. unit as evidence in a civil trial.
I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE WHOM HAS THE CAPABILITY OF RATIONAL THINKING, NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON! MY DISCLAIMER;i am entitled to my opinion (which this is) and although I HAVE WRITTEN THE TRUTH, hereby state that this is my opinion, and to those persons thinking of doing ANY BUSINESS WHATSOEVER (even buying a 9 volt battery!)should consider all the complaints against this company
