On 8/19/06 I purchased a Bulley Dog triple dog combo diesel tuner and outlook monitor (an in cab monitor) for my new dodge pickup from 4 Wheel Parts. This order was placed at the Special Events annual truck show in Bloomsburg Pa which i attend every year.

The unit was not in stock at the show and i placed the order to have it shipped to my residence. About a week later i received a package and upon opening it i realized it was previously opened and had been resealed to look like it was not tampered with. The lable on the box was also for a ford not my dodge. Assured by tech support that the unit functions on ford, gm , and dodge i proceded to begin the installation only to find that a nessacery wireing harness was missing. I also noticed that there was carbon on a part that gets installed in the exhaust manifold (meaning it was used). Also some small parts that would normally be in a factory sealed box were all in a Zip Lock bag.

In short i received a used unit w/ missing parts that was the wrong one in the first place !!!

After calling customer service it was agreed that ups would be sent out to pick up the unit and they would exchange it for another one. I had to wait another week for them to receive the return and send out the new one.

The new unit arrived about a week later in a box that was also opened and scotch taped closed again. I opened the box to find that the small parts were once again in a zip lock bag. The sensor however did not have carbon on it and the wireing harnesses were all there. So although not completely satisfied with what i received i once again began the installation only to find that the unit they sent me was not functional. This is a very simple installation and I have been a professional mechanic for years. This unit simply will not function. I can only assume it was another return that they then shipped to me.

I Did NOT order a used unit I ordered a NEW one and I will not be satisfied untill I get what I paid $600 for.

Looks to me they've got themselves an "employee theft" problem. Employees letting their friends swap parts behind the bosse's back. Too bad, they're a good company to do business with. I went through the same problem with Summit about ten years ago.
