48 Hour Waterfall: has a very nice, believable website advertisement. However there is no Bob Wilder, also when you download the book you'll find there are
no personal tricks (except rip-off), no designs, no blueprints, no 'nations leading outdoor waterfall and pond builders',no 32 waterfall and pond creations, no "over 100 photos to show you step by step",no 35 personal blueprints, and no information that you wouldn't get for free at your local Lowe's, Home Depot or garden center. The name of the person to whom PayPall sends the payment , Gino Niccoli appears to be involved with other scams according to expose on YouTube.

I am Gino Niccoli. This company has a 'no questions asked refund' policy and this client was refunded in full, regardless of the lack of validity to their claim. I've owned many companies over the years, I have thousands of clients all over the world and making everyone happy, all of the time, every time is simply an unrealistic expectation.
I believe complaints are the best way to truly judge a company and the integrity of the people behind it because, although you can never have a perfect track record, how you handle it is the only track record that really counts.
This complaint makes several claims, none of which are really founded and really border on slander, but I'm taking the time to personally respond in an effort to make sure people know that I, as well as any company I represent, is as transparent as possible.
I stand behind who I am and companies I own.
