Report of advertising an on-line Black Friday for a popular drone item not in existance or being manufacttered anymore.
They still show it on their website, and sold it to me on-line plus insurance for total $694.99.
They charged my Visa almost one week ago, but no email confirming order.
I took pictures of my order numbers on their website, as that screen dispaeeres as soon as you approve order and pay.
They never sent me a email with a tracknig number, and they don't answer the line you call and hit the option for customer service or billing.
When you call you are left in que for hours with them never picking up the call. They don't respond to e-mails, and when I did speak to them by selecting the option for sales.. I never got transferred to a live person to get a refund...
Today after I filed a dispute with Visa, finally got a call asking me to buy soemthnig else as item was discontinued long time ago?
I asked for refund hours ago, was told my crad was refunded, but no refund yet?
