Advertised a drone for $445.00 on website no longer maufactured, and sold insurance for that specific drone for $149.99 and showed on the purchase two order numbers which i took a pic of on my cell, and then they same hour charged my Visa card and never sent me an e-mail confirming order and a tracking number. They do not answer after you call their numbers and hear their adsverisiements on hold for overan hour, and I put phone on auto redial and finally reached Lisa in customer servcie five days later who could not say when order would arrive and she transferred me to billing and i got Tammy's voice mail and asked for a call back. No call back, so I went back to website, same drone still advwerised and I filled in the contact me link. No contact that day, so I called Visa, and my card was charged on Dec 2nd and I had to place a billing dispute. Today a John form 4k4less called me and said he was returning my call becasue the drone is no longer manufactured and did I want to buy somehting else? I was very irratted as you cannot charge my card before you ship and worse on an iterm falsely advertised and then use this as a bait and switch. John said talk to billing and he sent me to Joseph. Joseph listened to my same complaint as described above and said he already in that moment refunded my money. I lasked him the name of the CEO and he told me they do not give out his name. I checked with Visa as it has been three hours and no refund and Visa said that credit is quick and they will contact 4k4less for an explanantion, but they see a lot of this type of online scams. Report of advertising an on-line Black Friday for a popular drone item not in existance or being manufacttered anymore.
They still show it on their website, and sold it to me on-line plus insurance for total $694.99.
They charged my Visa almost one week ago, but no email confirming order.
I took pictures of my order numbers on their website, as that screen dispaeeres as soon as you approve order and pay.
They never sent me a email with a tracknig number, and they don't answer the line you call and hit the option for customer service or billing.
When you call you are left in que for hours with them never picking up the call. They don't respond to e-mails, and when I did speak to them by selecting the option for sales.. I never got transferred to a live person to get a refund...
Today after I filed a dispute with Visa, finally got a call asking me to buy soemthnig else as item was discontinued long time ago?
I asked for refund hours ago, was told my crad was refunded, but no refund yet?
