It is simple software that keeps 2 or more computers in sync for those people who use Microsoft Outlook. Also to acompany this is safe backup which is free or you can purchase the Enterprise version which does a bit more tha the basic version. I have no complaint about the software. My complaint is about the untruthful way the 4team sales team pretend you have life long use of the software when in fact this only lasts for 12 months. Obviously, if you have no problems with your computer then the software will keep working but heaven help you if your computer needs a complete re-boot more than 12 months after buying any software from 4team! For them it is payday all over again. I had been using the 4team Sync2 software for many years without any problems but with the Windows 10 upgrade (for my two Windows 7 computers) I had to re-install the Sync2 software. These changed to 30 day trial version even though it was the same software and using the same activation key. When I complained to 4team, I was told they could not offer support as I had been using old software unsuitable for Windows 10. The only option I had if I wanted to continue using Sync2 was to purchase 2 more licences at great expense. I also purposed safe backup enterprise after a chat with the 4team sales person after being assured that the software is 'good for life' as long as it remains on the same computer. Last week one of my computers crashed and I had to re-load Windows 10 and all other software. 4Team's Sync2 or the safe backup enterprise would not run because the activation code had already been used.

When I got in touch with 4Team to explain that I did not want an upgrade but just to activate the same software on the same computer purchased from them just 18 months ago they said that was just too bad, you still have to purchase the software again. It seems to me to be quite wrong that having purchased software that I can no longer use, mearly because my computer had a fault that needed to be fixed that I should have to pay again fir the same software. 4Team have been paid for the software and also said it was good for the life of my computer and yet they use the excuse that no support can be given after 12 months. This is a very dishonest approach. If 4Team were based in the UK, I would definitely take them to snsll claims court and I would almost certainly win my claim. Unfortunately, the USA to too far away for me but at least I am able to report this Ripoff here.
