9G's Wall & foundation inc (Monti) Munthur Neishawat Built a retainner wall and did not follow town code by not putting in proper REBAR. The wall fell. Poughkeepsie New York
I hired this company to build a retainner wall due to the fact we had a flood in our area. I borrowed 50.000 dollars from FEMA to rebuild the wall. THis guy Monti came out and built the wall and did not follow the building plans by not putting in the proper rebar. THe wall fell and he would not come back and even look at his work. I am still paying for the loan and this guy took my money.
He made my minor son go into our safe and give him money while me and my wife was not home. He left work not completed and we had to have the wall covered up to prevent a dangerous situation at our home.
The wall supported the foundation of our house and this guy ripped me and my family off. The workers he had with him quit because they told him the wall would fall, He hired new people and still did not put in proper rebar.
The old workers came to me and told me they would go to court with me if I needed them. The town inspector did not come out and look at the job before the Monti filled it with concrete. THey are as much at fault as the builder.
I would really like to put these crooks on TV and show their work to the world. I have been ripped off and I really hope someone can help me. I consulted an attorney but I do not have the funds to hire someone.

I put an envelope on your door earlier today. In the envelope is Monty's business insurance info, the number for the BBB & the Poughkeepsie Attorney General. I hope this helps you with a claim against Monty. I almost hired him to do a job at my house & part of that job is to support an addition to remove & replace 2 walls.
Don't hire Boalt Masonry. I just completed a complaint against them in this site. Boalt Masonry is why I have to have these walls replaced.
