Placed an order for a dog harness on January 31, 2019 and paid for the order. Received a notification on February 9 that shipments were "delayed" due to the Chinese New Year. Have sent several e-mail order inquiries trying to find out when they plan to ship my order, and have received NO responses whatsoever.

Other persons report the same regarding THEIR orders as well. Company has taken down their Facebook page but continues to operate their website with no phone numbers provided or physical address in USA. Customer order payments are filtered through a PayPal domain, and the phone number provided on my credit card statement regarding the order links directly to PayPal.

TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY OR YOU MAY LOSE YOUR MONEY COMPLETELY!
