Evident Cheryl dose not remember that she recieved her shipment out of the kindness of the President's (Aaron) heart. I find it really disgusting when someone who writes over $1000.00 worth of bad checks, was late or never paid for her storage, and still owes the company in question can complain like this. First off, I personally recieved 10-15 phone calls since june 0f 2000 begging us not to auction her goods for failure to pay. I assured her that she would be notified if anything of this nature were going to take place. By the way, we have to this day never auctioned anybody's goods. Anyway in court when asked to provide any proof of so called $1000.00 statues she had no receipts(convenient) and when asked to provide proof of payment for her storage and services, same thing, nothing. So while alot of slanderous accusations and seedy speculation is at hand, there is no proof of anything accept A-City Movers delivered Cheryl's items nearly free of charge. In fact we are presently going to start litigattion against Cheryl for the bad checks since she decided to surprise us with a court notice. The reason the judge gave her 45 more days was to try and locate the so called evidence of her lost receipts. As far as the BBB is concerned, if you look at the other moving companies in Atlanta we are average as far as number of compliants. We also move around 3-4 thousand people per year, so 8 complaints out of 4000 moves isn't to shabby if you ask me.
