A small area of my lawn was to be seeded for grass.Due to improper proceedures used by the landscaper,seed did not germinate.
! did not till and rake the soil
2.seed planted in cold temperatures-should be 165 degrees
3.did not grade properly-water pools
4.wrong watering instructions caused overwatering
Landscaper refuses to fix problem or admit wrong doing.
