Even though I booked months in advance, I was switched to an inferior unit 2 days before I flew out with my family. Instead of a pristine unit in Shorewalk, Bradenton, I was given a dated uncared for unit that the owner had been trying to unload.
The dishwasher was orgininal - 20 + years, and did not work. The phone and internet had been disconnected. There was obvious rust and mould in the shower area. The exhaust fan hung from the ceiling.
Worst of all, A Paradise Vacation Rentals did nothing to fix these faults during my stay, and would not re-imburse me for out of pocket expenses, or poor service.

Almost 3 months, and no partial refund, not even a letter of apology. I spoke in person to the manager, and have sent several emails with the photographic evidence of the mould and rust, but to no avail.
Beware of any dealings with AParadise Vacation Rentals. They will not look after your vacation needs, but they will take your money.
Bait and Switch is their specialty.

I booked months in advance, and chose the unit carefully as my wife and I are seniors and travel with our adult disabled son. I was switched to an inferior unit 2 days before I flew out with my family. That was very upsetting.
Instead of the pristine unit in Shorewalk, Bradenton, as viewed through their photos, I was given a dated uncared for unit that the owner had been trying to unload.
