The most effective way to collect might be to rent billboards in the area and print that you have a judgement against the business, or something to that effect.

Neither Renne (former employee) or the Sierra's (owners) of A to Z auto salvage in Palmetto GA are anything close to honest or sincere. They are flat out Liars and dishonest business owners.
Now that I have won my judgement here in Michigan I am looking forward having my new attorney in GA go after them and get all my money back. I will continue to spread the word to let others know to avoid that business at all cost. They will never deliver the products promised. Never refund your money. Its been almost a year but I will not give up until I receive a full my full refund.

I am speaking on behalf of Renee. Ms Renee was only a sales person for A to Z Auto Salvage. Since the incident Ms. Renee has resigned from, A to Z Auto Salvage and I Had the opportunity to work with her. She is as most straight forward and as honest as a person can be.

Sucessfully sued A to Z auto Salvage of Palmetto GA. Judge sided with me the plaintiff against A to Z autosalvage dba, Joseph Sierra and Robert Carden.
I sent them $850.00 the 10th of June 2011 and today they they owe $1129.00 for the undelivered transmission and court fees. January 2012. They never even had to courage to show their faces in court.
Save yourself the hassle and just NEVER do business with them. They are not legit. Just con-artist. Rip of fiends. Liars and cheats. Renee the biggest liar of them all.
If it takes me 10 yrs to collect the settlement that they have been ordered to pay I will spend everyday making sure they pay. I will continue to spread the word so others do not have to endure this hassle.
I encourage anyone who has been burned by this company to banned together and get the word out, its the only way to stop them from stealing your money.
