I was so encourage by Marc's suggestions, I wish I had that support up here in these mountains (poconos). I will do what you said...thanks so very much.

Pat, Glad to hear you stuck with it. One more thing, make copies of these responses and fax it or send it to them. I'm in the state of CT. If I ever see an A-1 auto I will be sure to wreck them with my word of mouth. I have a huge customer list and portfolio. Let them see what you have done and how millions have read this. Congratulations Steve

Thank you Marc, Guess what yesterday I was sent a check from the court. They thought that because I'm alone and older that I would not fight this cause. Native Americans have had it too rough not to fight anymore...I was the last of the hostile indians. Thank you for your support.

The judgement didn't go anywhere and there are things that can be done. Writing letters is cheap, so start writing. You can have his licenses suspended, have him arrested, just talk to the right people. I know of a $25 judgemant that caused a man to lose his driver's license for ten years, and caused him all sorts of problems during that time. Make this company your new hobby.

Living here in the poconos and being native american is the hardest thing ever. I took A-1 Auto to court and won a partial payment. A-1 Auto had thirty days to pay, they ignored it. I had to spend $281.00 more dollars to start a sheriff sale on them. A-1 Auto was served papers and still has not paid me any money nor did the the papers do anything thus far. I feel like I'm living 200 hundred years ago, and everyone in this town is related. Maybe someone out there can give me another suggestion, as I am very discourage and I don't have faith in this court system. I look forward to hearing from you(before I become one of the hostile indians as they say) smiles.

Haul them back before the judge and let them explain their contempt. I had to do this once, and the judge gave the owner of the shop two choices. Pay me within two hours or go to jail. It will also help the next person that they rip off.
