I finally give up -no one will cooperate or respond. I see they are no longer a member of the NY better business bureau - that's about the only justice I can see from this whole thing. I did have hope at one point when they responded through this system but it was another ploy of delaying the inevitable - not paying. A1 Wireless lied about the facts to the better business bureau regarding my transaction with them. I provided proof of this to the better business bureau but they can't enforce anything other than to include a report and communicate it to the business. THIS COMPANY WILL LIE CHEAT AND STEAL TO GET OUT OF PAYING REBATES. WHEN YOU DO FINALLY GET A HOLD OF THEM, THEY WILL BE RUDE, TRANSFER YOU AROUND AND MAKE A BIG HASSLE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

On June 30, 2005 they indicated the following: The reason why it is taking more effort than usual to locate your account is because A1 Wireless was aqcuired by Inphonic after your purchase date. In other words, it was an entirely different system from the one we use now. We apologize for all the inconvienence this has caused you and thank you for your patience as we do the appropriate research. No further responses have been done. I did file a complaint with the New York Better Business bureau and they indicated that they are investigating this complaint.

I rec'd a rebuttal that asked for the information. I sent this to them and then the next day I got another rebuttal with a new email address to send my order number to. They claim to not be able to find my order number, etc. and have asked for additional information. I'd be careful with this - it almost seems as if they are "fishing" for information. If this is part of A1 Wireless, they should have all the information there. Will keep you updated on the process
