AAA T J Murphy Locksmith T J Murphy Locksmith Cocoa Fl c/o AAA Refusal to replace bad battery under warranty Cocoa Florida
They came to replace a AAA battery under 3 year warranty. Battery was a problem within 6 months of installation. Instead of replacing the battery, the driver George ran so much current through the battery that I smelled burning and sulfur dioxide while my electronics system jumped wildly due to too much current from the charger he attached to the battery.
He stated the battery was severly discharged (not attached to the vehicle) - so how could it discharge? Parts company inspected the battery, attempted to charge it and said the battery was bad prior to him coming out. This was explained to the T J Morgan company and ignored. His boss told him to not replace the battery. Complaint filed with BBB.
