Careful movers showed up at our house on time and worked for about 1.5 hours. The two movers then got into a argument, that turned physical over how to move a cabinet. Then they refused to continue working with each other, one of the workers then left the job. A replacement worker was called but it took him over two hours to get there, no work went on while waiting on the replacement person. Then when the replacement person showed up it was evident that he could physically not do the job. At this point the owner Bob Campbell was notified, he showed up at the job site, he agreed to call in a third person, but again work stopped while waiting for this person to arrive.
The truck they brought was not big enough for the move and they were only able to move about 70% of our stuff, leaving us with the remainder to deal with.
The replacement worker drank pop and coffee and through his crushed cans in our yard and left them for us to clean up, he spit on our sidewalk and steps.
Sera, Bob's wife, called me about the issues, I told her we would not pay for the 4 hours that her employees were fighting and waiting for the second crew, she said "this is not a scam" at first I didn't think too much about her words, except it seemed an odd thing to say.
They then damaged a door in our new home, no compensation was offered. They then ran our credit card for the FULL amount of time, including the 4 hours spent fighting and waiting for a replacement crew when NO work was going on. They totally ripped us off. We were left with garbage in our yard, 30% of our stuff still sitting in the old house, damage to our new house and an outragouse bill!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
