AB ASSIST PLUS They provide no address or customer service phone number nor do they provide promised tracking of order., They took my info and payment and have provided NO tracking info as promised ,no cust. service phone number or address or when to expect the item. I ordered my product early January and haven't seen, Internet
Again, I ordered this product online early Jan. 2012. It is now almost Feb. 1st,2012. THey took the shipping info, card number and processed payment. WHen I check status it never seems to go beyond order being processed. I have requested tracking and it has not been given to me. There is a tab to get tracking updates. NADA. There are no customer service phone numbers or address where this is taking place. There is no indication of where it is in the process beyond order processed and they have not responded to my emails. I have seen the ad on TV with a number but chose to order online so I cannot provide whatever number in infomercial. They are~abassistpro.com.
