Abel martinez Cabrera,was supposed to help me buy a home,in October 2016 I gave him a cashier's check for 8 thousand dollars to the name of john Scott.he never told me who that person was.with that check also went my family's sensitive information,tax returns bank statements etc.in june 4th 2017 I asked him to cancel everything if he had anything going on because he was acting so irresponsible. He is hiding & refusing to returm my money& documents.I filed a police report & plant to lawsuit him,I have looked for help but no one seems to care.
