June 4th,2008 I dropped my Hitatchi t.v. (model#43fdx20b) Serial# v2e002449 off at Abes Electronics. After calling him several times in October asking where it is, he stated on October 14,2008 that our tv. was ready for pick up. My husband went there that eve and signed a c.c. charge assuming our tv was in full working order. 15 minutes later after getting it home, we realized the screws were missing out of the whole front pannel of t.v., the tv did not work and as part of the invoice charge, he was to clean the lenses, they were so filthy, you could not see the picture onthe tv..

We then called Abe that night within 30 minutes of picking up our tv..He stated that he was too busy to pick up the t.v. but would the next day. He came over and picked it up and we showed him all the issues of which none were fixed that we paid him for. He took the t.v. that night.

I called Abe and asked him to credit my master card until my t.v. was completed. He refgused saying that he would NOT do that under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE since he has so much time involved in this tv.I called my c.c. company November 3rd and put a dispute in and he is challenging it. Meanwhile I am paying him for services clearly not rendered and he still has my t.v.

I contacted Channel 7 on your side because I was not getting anywhere with ABE (the owner).After several conversations,the t.v. still sits in his shop not repaired, he has charged my c.c. and will not release my t.v. due to the fact that I have contacted 7 on your side for help in getting my t.v. back. Today, December 19th, I called him to see if the tv. was done yet and that I was going to have family come this Sunday the 21st of December.

He has continued to state my t.v. was completed with repairs but that he will not give me my t.v. back until channel 7 on your side visits him to see that he has fixed it. I told him that was rediculous. Let me just get my t.v. back.

In the meantime, I have had several conversations with Abe trying to resolve this, but he is so mad that he is holding my t.v. hostage as well as fighting my c.c. for getting the charge he originally charged me.

Today December 19th, 2008 I put another call into my credit card company to let them know that he has my t.v, it is completed but he will not release it until Channel 7 on your side visits him. ABE proceeded to tell me "you will not get your tv. for a long time, so dont plan to have it back by the time your family gets to town" I am completely furious and apoled that he can run a business like this!

To continue the complaint, Abe is now stating that he returned the t.v. to us fixed but picked it up for something else to be fixed. The lies keep coming.

This business is a total joke. The paperwork signed when we left the television with him stated what was wrong with it. Nothing of any sort was different with issues of fixing it. I cant understand why he keeps saying he fixed the first problem. There was only one problem with the television. It would not turn on and since he was going to be inside the t.v., we asked him to clean the projection lamps. Neither were fixed at ALL! We picked it up assuming it was fixed, we put our trust in this business that he would fix it because he stated he could.

He has completly lied to us about the time frame and would not accecpt our phone calls on several occasions and when we asked to speak to somebody about our t.v., nobody had a update. We were supposed to deal with just ABE.

On December 22, 2008 Abe stated our tv. was fixed but he would not return our t.v. until I called back "7 on your side" to let them know they have to go in there to make sure the t.v. worked. I told Abe I would not do that and lets just try to resolve this. I told him that I would let my friends know how he runs his business. He told me that he would smear my husband's work place of business and make sure nobody goes to him. I told him I was tired of his games. I just wanted my t.v.. In the meantime, Abe knew I was going to have several people coming to stay with me over the holidays.He then stated "It looks like you wont have a t.v. while your family is down visiting." That is when I knew he was just playing games with me.

I am quite frustrated with the made up version of having to fix something totaly diffrent when it came in there. Why doesnt he state anywhere on his paperwork, what he had to fix that was not on the contract? I cant get that out of him and none of the complaints state anything other than the contract I signed stating what needed to be fixed on my t.v.

I have been charged on my c.c. for complete repairs and still do not have a t.v. I also dont understand why he told me that the t.v. was fixed on December 22, 2008 but now is stating to you, that it was just completed. When do the lies stop?
