I used ABMI to sell a franchise in Overland Park. A potential Buyer placed a $10000.00 deposit for the purchase and then backed out of the deal. Joe Bodine who is the owner of ABMI stated he would return half of the deposit to me after a 1 year wait period. It has been over 2 years and they have not given me any of the deposit and they don't return calls . I had to provide a lot of paperwork for that potential buyer and it was only fair that ABMI return at least half of the deposit. They got full comission on a later sale and still would not refund any of the initial deposit funds. BEWARE before you consider using them to sell your business.

My earlier report that ABMI stole my deposit was not true. ABMI and I had a dispute about how a third party deposit would be split between us.We have now come to an agreement and the third party deposit will be divided consistent with that agreement. ABMI did not steal my deposit.

ABMI has agreed to live up to their original agreement with me regarding the returned deposit money.
