AbouTrends Designer inspired handbags purses bags fashion jewlery Gave me the run around and was very Rude Internet
I purchased a silver bag from this company almost 2 weeks ago, and when I had not recieved the bag or any more e-mails regarding when my bag will be shipped, I sent an e-mail to the company, I got a reply that stated they had sent me an email saying they didnt have the color I wanted and gave the options they did have available. I let them know that I had not recieved the email and that I choose the color I wanted. I also asked when I could expect my bag, and the lady was very short and rude with me. She took an additional 2 days to respond to my emails, but by that time I had filed a complaint with Alertpay, who handles there payments, then all of a sudden I get an email back from her stating that she will be shipping my bag by the end of the week. Mind you this is going on 3 weeks. So I notified Alertpay that she states she will ship by the end of the week, and I was agreeable to that, but that if I don't recieve my bag that I would be contacting them again. Well apparently, Alertpay contacted her and she sent me an email stating that she would not ship my bag and she didnt know why I filed a report. I advised her of my displeasure with her customer service, and all I want is my bag or my money, and I have yet to hear back from her. I will update this soon and let you all know the outcome. Either way I would not recommend anyone to do business with this company, they are very sketchy and have no regard for there customers. Until next time.....Beware!!!!!!!

You know what I dont care about being banned! You are not he only people selling bags on the internet! I have reported you to the Better Business Bureau and Rip-Off report! You people are liars and cheats you did the exact same thing to someone else, but not me. I'm glad I'm getting my money back. I don't know who you are or what you call professionalism, but the emails I have recieved have been rude and unprofessional. I also have forwarded the e-mails to AlertPay, to allow them to see how you treat your customers! So you just did me a favor. I filed a dispute because I had not heard from you since last week and I was worried because you never responded to my repeated requests about when my bag would be delivered until yesterday, and as soon as I sent the e-mail to Alertpay, you responded back. I don't know if it was a coincedence or what, but all I want is my bag or my money. Although I would really prefer what I paid for, if not, when will I get my money? Well I didnt recieve my bag, but what I did recieve was an email from somebody named Scott Santiago stating that I have been banned from ordering from there website, because I have contacted Alertpay regarding there service and there treatment of me. I was floored because I ordered from them in Good faith and this is how they treat me. So I responded by telling him that I can do business with someone else and not these scammers you call professionals! I did recieve my money back from Alertpay, but I warn anyone DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company! Take notes from this post and the other posts on this site because the treatment we recieved were almost identical. These people are scammers!!!!!
