In response to..."It should be some law that would shut them down after two -three reports"...This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read. If that was the case say goodbye to Walmart, Target, Dilliards, Hotels.com, Cingular Wireless, Wells Fargo, Sears, Verizon Wireless, First Union Bank, and my personal favorite Dell Computers. All of these companies have complaints against them on ripoff report. Thats life, things happen, companies are still run by humans and the last I checked, humans still make mistakes. Unfortunately it is also human nature to complain if something goes wrong. People generally don't go out of there way to post a good report or send a thankful, nice letter. So, because I worked for them in the past, I know their procedures and I am certain you did not call 4-5's daily without a response. Their voicemail calls are returned within an hour. This is a MANDATORY part of their job description. You may have been trying to contact the customer service department from the company you bought your package. Perhaps you did that because they have a toll-free number. Well a sales companies customer service department can not help you book reservations. They can only service you about shipping / cancellation and additional orders. Once you have your package, the remainder of correspondance should be with the company that is providing the service. In this case it is ARC. Had you called Absolute directly at 407-660-9995 and followed the phone prompt, you may have gotten quicker service as that number goes to the people booking your vacation.
