If The Client is Unavailable and the Option to Leave a Voicemail is available, we Leave a Welcome Call letting them know enrollment was received and to contact us with any questions or concerns. Additionally we send all New Clients a Welcome Letter by Mail to the Address received with enrollment also "Welcoming" them to Our Service and to contact us with any questions or concerns. All Academy Credit's Contact Information is provided; we hope and encourage our clients to contact us so we may address their questions and concerns. Generally If a Cancellation Notice is not received from a New or Existing Client, and the five day grace period Expires, We do proceed with the Services as agreed upon until a Cancellation Notice is received. We cannot assume The Enrollment, or Service is No Longer Wanted. Academy Credit is Confident That Detailed Information is provided prior to enrollment, upon enrollment and after enrollment for consumers to make an informed decision regarding membership with Our Company. Had at anytime a client contacted us requesting Cancellation of Membership before the Initial Membership Fee was processed the Membership would have been cancelled.
