My first clue to this Rip-Off called ACAI BLAST 7754754019 NC and ACAI Pure 7754754019 NC was when the $79.95 charge appeared on my VISA account. I found this site on FaceBook, where I thought I was safe. I was wrong.
I agreed only to a free trial for $3.95 on their site; that specific site no longer can be found on any ACAI I have researched. That was my 2nd clue. Then I sent two letters in response to their order confirmation notice, attempting to get this fraud curtailed. Due to the holiday period it took them several days to respond. During this delay, I called to cancel my VISA card to prevent possible future fraud attempts only to have the VISA representative advise this company has charged another $83.90 to my VISA on 12-30-09. This charge wasn't even appearing on my online account yet.
Both charges are being disputed and I have received a letter requesting I return their product to China! I thought I was dealing with someone in North Carolina. Researching their site, I couldn't find any street address or any phone numbers or email addresses.
PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FRAUD SITE. I will be happy to send you copies of my correspondence received from their so called Customer Service people. I am referring all of this correspondence and data to our family attorney just in case. At this point they claim all charges will be refunded..... I will be pleased if they keep their word on their promise. Disgruntled USA Citizen
