Acai Pure Free Trial Offer, Pay for Shipping costs only... 7 days later, they charge your debit card for more money. Largo Florida
I ordered the AcaiPure as a Free Trial for shipping cost.
I received my order in 6 days. I immediately called to cancel and send back because I heard on the radio news that once they get your card, they keep charging you every month and it is almost impossible to cancel.
I found the tel. no. inside the package and called it to cancel and get an RMA no. so I could send it back. The recording said to send an e-mail (which was different than previous) to cancel the membership and to get an RMA # to send product back in. It said if you did not cancel in 7 days, you would be charged $29.95 each month after.
When I send e-mail, they came back with a lot of verbage which just said to try it for 6 months before you cancel so you can see the results. I just wanted my RMA # so I could get the product back to them before they charged me again. I had to send 3 more e-mails to ask for the RMA # and no replies came. With each e-mail I stressed that I still did not get my Rma # so I could send the product back.
I then noticed that they charged me again. I put in a claim to my bank and sent them a nasty e-mail to them. They responded with they were sorry but I did not return the product with the RMA # in the appropriate amount of time and I therefore was being billed correctly. They would not let me cancel or give me an RMA no.
