On Feb. 5th, 2009, I made the mistake of ordering a 3mo. supply of AcaiBurn on-line. After all, I saw the Oprah show & surely it must be a good company- - -DUH!! I received the product & followed the directions & did have some positive results, no complaint there. HOWEVER, my next Visa came w/ not only the charge I had authorized, but two additional charges which I had NOT authorized. I printed a copy of the order & nowhere on the order was there mention of additional charges. As a matter of fact, under shipping guarantee it states,"You will NOT be charged anything extra, even if your package needs to be reshipped- - - -". So, I called the "MEMBERSHIP 8009895907" found on my statement & was told it was part of the package. I told her it wasn't authorized & was told I could cancel, I did so & got her name Patricia & I.D. 47949. I then called the other billing info, "WEB ACCESS 8662796513" & when I heard it was the same darn company, I admit I got heated. I informed the person that this was not an authorized charge & she proceded to tell me she didn't like my tone of voice & started reading some data that obviously was right at hand because she had to read it on every caller. I did not get her name or I.D. number, as I couldn't get her to stop reading out loud. I did inform her that I would be reporting this to Visa, which I did & the BBB which I haven't yet. I wish I had checked into this company before I ordered, because I would have seen all the negative info. Please be very careful doing business with AcaiBurn. I was lucky, because my Visa company took off the charges as fraudulent billing.
