I signed up to try their internet service and it was never worked since day one.  Their tech support are hard to reach and has bad attitude.  They created a ticket and didn't send a technician to check out the line as I am not getting DSL signal.  After 2 months of frustration dealing with them I decided to cancel the account under the first month trial period.  They refuse to give my money back and refuse to let me return the modem.  This company is terrible and has bad reputation as I asked around about them and did some research.  You can never reach to anybody dealing with your problem and has to go through their email for communication.  They write you 2 lines and you have to wait for 2 days for a reply.  In the end they deny everything and refuse a refund. 
Here is an update they are still a bad company

I would not them a chance, don't sign up.
