After 4 phone calls (all with voice mails left) in 2 days I sent a letter to A.R.C. demanding they stop calling me.
The next day when I received 2 more calls, I sent an email.
The calls stopped. For a day. And then I got a phone call at 8:30 this morning.
So, after 7phone calls in 5 days (2 a day most days), I filed a report with the ministry of consumer affairs. And sent another email.
I was under the impression that if you state in writing that you want the phone calls to stop that they must comply. With three written requests (2 by email, one by snail mail) this does not seem to be the case. I have requested all correspondence be sent by mail and have threatened legal action.
