Accutel - Fredom Power - Nelson Davis Do Not Give them Your Money They Will Take It And Not Refund It Dallas Texas
I recently paid freedom power to turn on electricity at my residence! They told me it would be active in 3-5 days so i wated! the fifth day rolled around and my power had been shut off! So i called and they said they had never recieved a payment! So i gave them my reciept code and they said they would call me back. Never heard a word for 2 hours so i called them back and they said they had found the payment but it would be an additional 3-5 days before they would get my service on!
So then after spending 3 days in a hotel room i recieved a phone call telling me i had to pay an additional $180.00 to turn my service on due to historical reason! So i exchanged words with a couple of supervisors and asked for a refund they told me I would recieve it in 3-5 days.... They like that time frame! So i waited once again and now they are saying im not going to recieve my refund because my address is linked to a previous addres where i owed $300 + dollars !!!!
WOW i have never used nor will i ever use FREEDOM POWER again! They are a bunch of Con Artist! And if you ask to speak to the head supervisor his name is Nelson Davis and he WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK! Crystal, Heather,and Simon are the Customer Service Supervisors which will hang up on you and are very rude and degrating! If you have the same promblem call the headquartes and speak with Sheila Hit 0 for the operator she will email Nelson Davis! and call and leave 5 messages and 5 emails a day untill he calls you back! They are a big SCAM and they will steal your hard earned money! SOmething needs to be done and done fast! PLEASE WILL SOMEBODY SHUT THEM DOWN THEY ARE THIEVES AND CON ARTIST!!!!!!!
