Tuesday, March 6, 2012 I oredered 1 package of 20" hair Velvet Remi 1B costing $109.99, and 1 package of 18" Velvet Remi 1B costing $99.99 from acebeautyline.com. I called to confirm the order and have them change my zip code, because the one I had given was wrong on the website. An employee changed it, and told me my order was being shipped out that day.
On the website it clearly states that the order will arrive in 2-3 business days. Buisness days do not include Saturday and Sunday. I didn't recieve my hair until Monday, March 12,2012. Which would mean it took 5 day to get to me seeing as they shipped the order on that Tuesday.
When I opened my package I saw that the hair that was sent was 1 package of 20" Velvet Remi 1B , and a 18" Duvesa 1B which costs $87.99. I called and explained the situation and the employees continuously relayed messages from the manager that there was nothing they can do. When I asked to speak to the manager they said he wouldn't speak to me , and that they had done nothing wrong.
I didn't mind sending the hair back, but they won't pay for shipping/handling to send it back, and that would require me to wait at least 2 weeks to recieve either credit for the hair or to send the write hair. I asked to speak to the manager several times and was hung up on, and then told again there was nothing they could do.
