Complaint Review: ACE Wrecker Service Inc. - Wilmington North Carolina

Mr. Koolaid, I guess it is easy to hide behind an alias name and put such gross and false statements out here and to try to redeem such a poorly operated business. The truth is that everyone who has ever worked for this company has found out the real truth and that is that the owner is the root of all the corruption and has managed to slide out of every situation by pawning the blame off to one employee or another. I NEVER stole anything from this company, nor was I fired. I have NEVER failed a drug test and don't appreciate your false statements. Perhaps you know they are false hence the name "KOOLAID". I would love to see the investigation reports or whatever you call them. I actually drew unemployment after I was relieved of my position because the company had no money. It took 3 months for me to be reimbursed for one of my last pay checks. Yes I was a bit bitter when the man who owns the company expected me to ask the guys to cash their checks at the grocery store to buy him time to make payroll, this being the same bunch of guys who would wake up all hours of the night and winch cars from creeks and change tires without so much as a gripe. I respected the guys who worked under me and resent the fact that you make such statements as you did. Its obvious by the past turnover and current turnover of employees what kind of company we are dealing with. I have worked for several companies and it just seems odd to me that I have a good relationship with every single one of my past employers except ACE. Perhaps its because they were legitimate companies that valued their employees. I would appreciate if you could provide some facts to back-up your lies. As for Mr. Hobson, he is a great man, well educated and did everything by the book and did more good for that company than any of you will do combined. I often wish I had never been anything more than a driver, it wasnt until I was in management that I found out the real shape ACE was in. But I am glad I found out there was no workmans comp before I or someone working under me got hurt. Facts, Mr. KOOLAID, will you please present them? or have you yourself quit because your paychecks bounced? Ryan Bisping.

This is Jay Hobson, previous employee at Ace Wrecker.  I have just read this post as it was recently brought to my attention and I am outraged.  None of what has been written about me is true.  I had no part in the original posting on this site.  I can't believe that anybody can simply get on this site and say anything they wish without regard to the damage falsely inflicted on someone's character.

This report is totally FALSE!! I am the Operational Manager for 3 NEW locations the owner just opened and  have found out first hand that this report was filed by 3 guys who were supposedly the managers of the Wilmigton, NC location who were fired due being caught embezzling money  and stealingequipment and out of customers vehicles. I have seen the 100% proof and seen the court case being filed against them, so I know first hand THE TRUTH!

As far as the equipment and money situation listed in the BS claim, our trucks run every day and have been inspected several times by the NCSHP to be apart of their roation list. These inspections include the same inspection and more that every truck that runs on a US highway is subject to. We have passed with flying colors EVERYTIME. Anyone who might be curious about this can stop by our office and see the paperwork from the NCSHP or contact the NCSHP and ask them yourself. The reference listed about the money, returned checks, and Mr. Reason not giving anymore money to Mr Hobson, Jim Vermillion, or Vic Bisping is because they were already under investigation by Mr. Reason and the banks that we deal with.

We work for alot of nation wide companies that use us on a daily basis and also MAKE us have at least $2,000,000.00 of worker's comp and that has always been in place and always will be in place as long as we are in business. Same goes for this, if you need or want proof contact our local office and will be more than glad to put you in contact with our insurance agent.

Jim Vermillion and Ryan "Vic" Bisping were the only ones that our drivers have ever been scared or threatend for their jobs by. These guys are crooks. Mr. Vermillion couldn't even keep his own business open and was forced to move out of state to advoid Criminal Charges, Mr. Bisping has many criminal charges against him and was denied by the NCSHP to be listed as one of our drivers. Mr Vermillion kept that infromation from the owner but we have found out this information while putting our case against them together.

Please take this report as what it is, three guys that were FIRED and now are fixing to go to jail for lying and stealing. If you ever have any questions about our company please just pick up the phone and ask us or ask us for a reference to call
