ACER, operating out of Taiwan, and a call centers in Mumbai, India are, as a part of a pattern and practice, knowingly and willfully selling computers they KNOW to be defective and deficient and manufactured without adequate qualify assurance or control, inside the borders of the United States of America by use of third party sales agents who refuse to answer warranty claims, and ACER's call center employees do not understand or pretend not to understand common English words like "Warranty Claim" or "What is your name and address" or "Connect me to your supervisor."

They refuse to provide their name or location, do not speak or understand common English words or pretend they do not, refuse to identify or connect to their supervisor, employ robotic "call preventers" (IVRs) that do not understand spoken English and which do not allow the option of speaking to a human being and hang up on the caller.

Sales are made by advance payments in US funds only and NO warranty information is furnished prior to or after the sale.

There is NO technical support or product support or customer service or problem resolution department or ombudsman.

Their call center does not know the term "refund" or "what is your email address" and it is apparent that this company has NO adherence to American laws, customs, best business practices, ethics, or standards.
