Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I have read complaints on two different sites about ACS Incorp. On another site someone stated he trcked the IP address and the source is Pakistan. Ireceived an email regarding a loan unpaid, writing there is a hold on my SS # filed with the federal government, I violated federal laws.

The tip off in reading the email is the language. Caps are used when not necessary, the wording is like a foreigner would write not totally familiar in how to use words in sentences and when, and of course leaving words out. As in " But as we were not able to reach you we are sending you a final notification Email. So please take a piece of paper and write down your case file# 03713-ACS and since it’s a legal matter you will be needed our help, so E-mail us right now in order to make a payment and freeze down this case."

--You will be needed our help? --E-mail in caps? Americans write email. Freeze down this case? What does that mean?

UNITED LEGAL INVESTIGATION BUREAU, the ones listed in the email does not exist. "You have to send us a promissory note to stop your case file temporarily out of court house." Court house? What court house? " Bad English. No Courthouse is ever named is it? And if it were, would be the Courthouse

"...as we were investigating your profile, we found you to be a genuine person so it is our duty to help you out but for that we need some right answers from your side." How do they know anything except where they got my information from? That is more what I would like to know. This is fake. Do not respond to the emails. They do not have my phone number. And I may save a copy of the email before sent to Google as phishing. I could not find an IP address to track in the email sent, but another tip is it was sent in July, given 48 hours to respond, I'm still here and no more mails sent. These types want someone to respond out of fear, and once one responds they can hack your mails, files, whatever. If I hear from them again, going to just send it off as phishing. One should not even open suspicious mail.

It was suggested to send complaints to the FTC, but not sure much can be done if they are doing this out of the US, and seems they are impossible to track, using different tactics. I have run into that before, threatening phone calls if I did not pay money through Western Union, a man with a heavy accent but a fake American sounding name.
