I purchased a "FREE" introductory kit and gave credit card details to pay postage.
After a short period I received an account for $123.77 which I considered outrageously high .
I then cancelled my account on the internet using the proceedure detailed.
However... Action Pro White claimed this payment as well as other decuctions detailed as follows.
May 6th 2016 $123.77
June 10th 2016 $138.77
July 7th 2016 $137.98
August 8th 2016 $135.67
Total of unauthorised deductions $536.19
We received three packs in the mail which were not ordered and which were returned unopened to the sender.
I have contacted Action Pro White by Email on ten separate occasions who reply that refunds can only be discussed with a Customer Service Officer by telephone.
I telephoned one of these unsympathetic representatives who advised me that a refund is not possible as I had cancelled my account.
I have Emailed several times since to advise of this result to be met with denial of responsibility.
