I recieved this product as a trial. after recieving only 4 days they charged me 92.00. I did not agree on anything more than a trial. Called company ask for supervisor or legal dept. they keep hanging up on me.,

Can I start off by first apologizing for the unpleasant experience you have had with our company and any confusion regarding your accounts. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information.

When you ordered the product you also checked a box indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer checks that box we must assume that they have actually read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.

 Upon placing the Order for the trial on the Action Pro website, at the bottom of the website, the cx can view the t&c. The action pro whitening t&c clearly state (8) days from the date of order processing, and unless you decide to take an action to cancel (by calling our customer service center at 1-877-230-5694 or www.ActionProWhite.com), we'll conveniently bill your credit card $94.31 for the full 30 day Action Pro White System. 

These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product. Additionally, you were sent an order confirmation email after your order was completed that provided a full written version of the terms you agreed to. Our representatives are advised to inform the customers to check their spam inbox for this confirmation email if they do not see it in their personal inbox.
