 I received a text today from Chase Bank saying my account was overdrawn and I'm now negative $97! When I looked online to see what the problem was, I noticed I was charged twice for my auto loan from Acura Financial Services of $270, putting the total at $540. There's a number online to reach their customer service department (866-950-2454) but every time I call there's a recording that says "were sorry, but this call cannot be completed at this time. Please try again later". I double checked their hours which are M - F 9am to 5pm CT. Well it's 10:30 CT on a Wednesday so I want to know what the d**n problem is!! They better reimburse me and pay for any fees from Chase for being overdrawn!
