All information provided is 100% accurate and not falsified. I urge all consumers DO NOT do business with Adam R. Spiel under any circumstance. I was contacted over the telephone by a company called Grant Strategy Solutions aka Cenex Worldwide. I was informed that I was eligible to receive a federal grant but a deposit was necessary. Because of my current financial situation, I felt some additional money would be helpful. After speaking with the company in detail I paid them a total of $8,500. However, once I received my billing statements in the mail I realized the $8,500 was processed by a third party named (Pro Media, LLC 800-626-3521). At about that time I began to lose all contact with the original company that had solicited me over the telephone. This was when I realized I had been involved in a telemarketing scam. Since then I have been alerted by the United States District Court of Arizona and Federal Trade Commission that these telemarketing companies have been indicted. .ftc.gov/news-events/press-releases/2016/10/ftc-action-halts-telemarketing-scheme-pitched-money-making

Since then I have done my due diligence and began investigating into the merchant that processed my payment of $8,500. What I have found is that Adam R. Spiel is the owner of (Pro Media, LLC 800-626-3521). If you research Adam R. Spiel you will find that he currently resides in the state of Utah. He operates an online website (growingyourempire.net) which he claims to help consumers with wealth building strategies. Also claims are made that he can help turn six figures worth of debt into six figures worth of income monthly by using his strategies. In my opinion, these are false claims to mislead the consumer into believing something that is not true. Over the last few months I have reached out to Adam R. Spiel about returning my $8,500. I also wanted to know more about his involvement in the telemarketing scam that caused financial hardship for so many. After receiving an email back from his new business venture (www.growingyourempire.net) I was told that my $8,500 would not be returned. I was informed that he had filed BANKRUPTCY and nothing further could be done. I find this unusual because he proclaims online that he will “help you reach & scale YOUR Income Goals. It's time to Build A Real Business Asset That Can Continue To Run and Grow With or Without You! Are you interested in Generating Multiple (Passive) Streams of Income? Create a true LEGACY EMPIRE in alignment with your wealth building goals”.

The public should be aware that after speaking with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and Federal Trade Commission they are aware of his deceptive business practices. At no point has he made any effort to try resolving this matter. Instead he has continued to brush-off his personal involvement in the telemarketing scam. Again, I urge all consumers DO NOT get into business with Adam R. Spiel.

I want my $8,500 that you stole from me under false pretenses returned Adam!
