Myself and my three children resided in one of their propertys for one year. They never wanted to fix anything when we reported maintnance problems, when our ceiling leaked over my computer due to their bathtub upstairs leaking, they said Oh take showers not bathes up there, mind you I had a 3 yr old. So that went unsolved. I called them out when it was really hot downstairs and it was very unbearable, they came out and said Oh everythings fine, the AC Unit only cools and heats the upstairs area. When I was out of town and my mother was watching my kids, she went to give my son a bath in my master bathroom downstairs, well the hot water wouldnt turn off, I called Emergency Maintnance to come out to turn it off, well he turned it off alright and then came back the next day to tell me that the pipe broke and hed order the part and then come back out to fix it, this was in April 2010, well we just moved out on July 15th and it was still broke, they never cared enough to come back and fix it, we were already limited to showers upstairs, cause even with showers, it still leaked thru the ceiling onto my computer, then we had to boil water downstairs in order to take a bath, cause I couldnt take a shower cause the hot water pipe was never replaced like promised.Then upon move out, we moved out two weeks early so that I could clean and get place ready for another tenant when they found one to rent. I cleaned that place for days from top to bottom, even had the carpets professionally cleaned, even though, per contract it wasnt required, just to be a decent person for them. Well they still took almost 1000 dollars out of our deposit for cleaning, painting, carpet, etc. We were good tenants, never gave them a problem, always paid rent on time, even when my grandmother passed away and I had to leave town for a month to handle everything for the funeral, selling of her home, etc. I paid 20 dollars to have the rent overnighted to them, we bought and left an ADT Alarm System, that cost over 800 dollars and I left them two keychains that cost over 100 dollars, and they even made the comment about charging the next tenants if they lost a keychain, one that they didnt even have to invest any money in. They are rude when it comes to customer service, the worst one is the one thats in charge of everything, shes a snake, she talks about other tenants right in front of you, she gets rude with people on the phone right in front of you. She even speaks badly of you, when her boss has you on speaker phone and she didnt know I was listening, he had to act like she didnt say anything and change the subject quickly. It is just an all around horrible company and I have reported them to the BBB, I am reporting the to the Fair Housing Authority, I am going to report them to the Navy, cause my husband is Active Duty and I want to see how we can go about getting them Blacklisted if possible, so that no other person, especially a military family, has to go thru that sitaution again.
