IT'S A SHAME HOW THIS COMPANY AND OWNERS DON'T HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT IS MANAGEMENT. THEY DON'T HAVE A SYSTEM, DONT HAVE A POLICY , THEY DON'T HAVE A HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT WHICH REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR EMPLOYEES. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY, ABOUT YOU REACH THOSE RIDICULOUS MONTHLY GOALS. $$$$$
THEY ALSO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EMPLOYEES. THEY HAVE FAMILY MEMBERS IN ALL BRANCHES. THIS IS A WASTING TIME BECAUSE THEY ONLY TAKE CARE ABOUT THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS.
THE OPERATION MANAGER HIRED PEOPLE 'UNDERCOVER' AND SHE JUST WANT TO KNOW WHAT ALL THE EMPLOYEES ARE DOING, WHO ARE THEY TALKING WITH AND SHE JUST USED YOU . THE SAD THING IS THE OWNER KNOWS EVERITHING AND SHE DON'T CARE.
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR IN THIS BRANCH DOESN'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT SERVICE, MANAGEMENT AND HE TREATS EMPLOYEES LIKE s**t, HE IS RACIST WITH GAYS AND LESBIANS AND BESIDES HE DON'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO USE THE BASICS OF COMPUTER AS WORD, EXCELL...... THEY HAVE PARTY ALL WEEKENDS WITH THE MANAGERS.
THIS COMPANY "ADRIANAS INSURANCE" IS REALLY A MESS !!!!
MAYBE THE OWNERS ARE VERY RICH PEOPLE BUT THIS IS BECAUSE THEY ABUSE OF THE MEXICAN COMUNITY, SHE CHARGES THEM HIGH AND RIDICULOUS FEES AND ALSO SHE SAID SHE IS GIVING THE BEST COVERAGE WHEN IN THE REALITY ONLY GIVES THEM THE BASIC.
BE AWARED OF THIS COMPANY , THINK TWICE IF YOU REALLY WANT TO WORK IN THIS PLACE.

It is unfortunate you did not have a pleasant experience with Adriana's Insurance. By the type of comments you are presenting in this forum it looks like you were working in the compay, for the directors of the company the accusations you are making agains some of the staff are very serious and we will like to address them with all seriousness.
If you are willing to speak about this matter we will more than happy to talk about it in order to find a solotuion and settle this matter. We will never tolarate act of racism or discrimation with any of our represantives. Please help us to elimate that by indicating who the person is.
