Adult Boutique Will not accept a return Florence, Kentucky
My wife and I are frequent shoppers at this store and feel betrayed by the staff. On November 5th, we purchased various novelties, including a butt plug (which was highly recommended by the staff), from this store. We spent approximately $150 in total and $29.99 for the plug.
We used the plug that night and were very disappointed. It was very uncomfortable and would not stay in for very long.
The next day, I attempted to return it to the store. The man working the front desk was very confrontational and rude to me. I tried to speak with the manager but he was no help. They refused to accept the return for a refund.
What ever happened to "the customer is always right"?

Guess what!!! You can not return items of a sexual nature that have been used! it's against the law.
You need to act like you have some dam common sense and not like some KY redneck.
do you honestly think that someone else is going to want something that has been up your as* or your wifes as*?
Ever hear of Disease? there are some diseases alcohol rubs just dont kill..
also who wants a used butt plug? NO ONE... Get with it I hope the book store bans you from coming in there in the future..
