Advantage Technologies-Mike Williams, Owner Advantage Technologies-Mike Williams Alleged Owner of the "Scam" website of Advantage Rent to Own dot com Tucson Arizona
Attention: Mike Williams the person now in control and possession of the website Advantage Rent to Own dot com.
You have a bright Red message on the Home Page stating that as of October 04, 2008 that unless Richard Friedberg paid you approx. $35,000 that you were going to sell the website to someone that is "Ethical and Honest" Ha! Ha! Ha!
Well, October 04th has came and gone so how many takers for a website that is under criminal investigation as a part of the overall "Scam" that was purpetrated by Richard Friedberg and all that participated in the "Scam"???
I'll tell you what, if you pay me $50,000, I'll take the website off your hands and take it off the internet search engines so nobody else gets involved with you or this Advantage Rent to Own "Scam" that wiped out Hundreds of Thousands of dollars from innocent investors.
I suppose however that you are in the process of developing a similar type Rent to Own (Homes) concept so you can carry forward with what you learned from Richard Friedberg and you'll simply rename the domain but use the same programs already in place at the current ARTO website, Huh?
I hope you don't think any of those "Scammed" by Richard Friedberg and ARTO are going to be clients of yours because nobody is that Stupid!
Suggestion....October 04th has came and gone and since we all know that you will not receive a dime from Richard Friedberg for what you claim you are owed, go ahead and change your message on the website since your deadline is over and you are now the proud owner of a deceptive trade and fraudulent website at this time.
If I were you, I would put up a great big disclaimer so people visiting the site at this time don't assume that everything on this site is what you claim to be legitimate because cleints can't even access this site at this time as a result of your recent actions.
Enjoy your Freedom because look what happened to O J Simpson for wringfully taking what he claimed to be his property.
