Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
These people will rob u blind ,and yes they file phony insurance claims all the time, markup prices on new and used parts then charge the lease purchase driver 10% to use his own escrow money, after about 6 months in a lease truck u just cant walk away from bond money or escrow money that easy, and they know this , you;ll find yourself been held hostage with your own time and efford and funds tied up in escrow,  and will never see a dime in interest but the hold time they make money from your money, but you have to pay the tax , dont talk about the book miles, the pay miles, the actual mile that is used to make them more money, and if they found a new loop hold in the lease agreement these people will route a driver in little rock and strong arm the driver to sign the new contract or they;ll pull the old one and once again a driver has to much to just walk away from after so much time into a lease truck,  there is so much more i can go on and on I KNOW THIER SYSTEM  why dont sombody ask them about the 33 office employees that was drug tested and only 2 passed   but they all came to work the next day,  i can write a book on this so called dixie mob

Advice that I received from FBI Omaha Field Office

Driver, if you were ripped off by Cal Ark International / Central Hauling / Arkansas Equipment Leasing / Central maintenance Corporation, or if your were, as usual, ripped off by all four, as I was ripped off, exploited, defrauded, and bankrupted by these people, contact the Pulaski Arkansas County Attorney. What Cal Ark International Trucking and its subsidiaries are doing is legally classified as "Wage Theft" and Worker Misclassification", which it took me four years of getting turned down by law firms and scouring the internet to find out all by myself before anyone took even remote interest in legally investigating my inconceivably hideous experience with these people.

Jurisdictionally, this situation is , at least in part, supposed to be the job of FBI Little Rock Field Office to look into, however, after not hearing from these people after four years of sending them evidence via standard mail and email alike, I got in touch with FBI Omaha Field Office where an excellent agent took the time to try to figure out what my problem / situation was and this exceedingly commendable agent recommended that I get in touch with the local county attorney...I followed his advice to the letter, Googled the Pulaski Arkansas County Attorney who put me in touch with the Arkansas Labor Department and that got the legal ball rolling.

Contact the Pulaski County Attorney and these people will help get an investigation going and hopefully help get us all a reimbursement...I was ripped off to the tune of $156,250.00 plus by these people over a 2 1/2 year period spanning from May of 2005 to December of 2007 and their scam is completely awesome that I haven't managed to find a law firm yet that will touch my case with a ten foot pole, until I dug up the Wage Theft / Worker Misclassification designation of lawsuits, now lawfirms are taking my case into consideration.

Cal Ark International and its subsidiaries were also among the carriers who were reportedly either individually or collectively fined somewhere in the neighborhood of $500,000.00 in connection with the H2B Visa Scam where Cal Ark had New Zealand, Australian, and South African Drivers working as full time, over the road, cross country truck drivers and even trucking in the owner operator units of leased to Central Hauling on Season Worker Visas, a scam that saw Missouri State Representative Nathan Cooper and several other individuals go to federal prison after a major federal investigation. I worked at Central Hauling during that period and these and many of the Visa Drivers was the were called still haven't received thousands of dollars in pay following the federal investigation. These people are no strangers to the court system and someone somewhere is running some major legal interference for them during that last decade.
