affordablewebmasters -Keeny P Keeny P. and Elance Ripped me off delivered crap change the price to keep my money Internet
Well he got away with it. Told by Elance I could leave a complaint once I canceled LIE. He changed the price to keep my money delivered to me something I could do on my computer spent two hours on the phone with this ametuer going over everything. He rushed the work and admited to me to keep my money to prove to sorry a*s Elance who lets vendors rip off customers and offered me no real solutions to my situation. $200 for nothing below are some copies of the emails where he agreed to substitute for the work then change the price when I wanted to fir his a*s. I gave him websites to look and was very sepcific about what I wanted and he said he could deliver and he dilevered plain words on color that's not a design.
you will not get away with this I will make it know from the emails that you lied and ripped me off. Where ever I can post the emails between us I will.

You did not deliver what I requested and the price change was not discussed you substituted work for work and there was a lot of work involved in the price. You told me how long it took you to work on the project and and I was am willing to compensate you and extra hour and a half as you stated you spent an hour and a half on the work delivered. If you were so unclear about what I wanted why didn't you ask more questions. I even asked you to call me to discuss what I wanted in the time lines and you did not bother to do that before you delivered me what you did. You changed the price when I wanted to cancel. You promised that you could deliver what I wanted on our initial phone call after I walked you through the Vargus Design website and their facebook page. You are trying to take advantage of me and I believe this isn't the first time you have taken advantage of a newbie to ths site.
I am not bugging on this you are not the graphic designer you claim to be. Your argument about reinserting me into your worrkflow and that I am hard to work with and this has been a difficult experience is amazing.
You were all happy when I foolishly released my money without a sample of what you would deliver I trusted you after our initial phone call and admitted to me you rushed my order to give me something on the phone. Karma will always come back to the wrong doer you got insulted when I critized your work but you didn't like the way I critizied it. In the beginning I showed you what I wanted and told you that I didn't want something I can do myself. I wanted to go beyond my design limitations.
I even told you I didn't not want the cookie cutter stuff you normally see from a lot of peole. I still go back to the same arguement you agreed to subsitute work for work in the same pricing parameters and there was a lot of work for you to deliver in the job. How can you twist your mind to change the story that is in black and white. YOU DID NOT ASK FOR A PRICE ADJUSTMENT that would have been a conversation if you would have told me that you were going to charge me $200.00 for a logo I would have immediatley said NO. And the word only timeline you sent was not design it was a writing assignment. PLEASE this is a real joke.
My hourly rate is only on open development I quoted this at a package deal. I charge $200 for logos and $50 for time lines. I have created these and have spent time on these and have spent time consulting and speaking with you over the phone a month ago. I don't feel there is a refund due. We can either proceed or I can deliver the original files I have already worked on.Apr 13, 2012

Show me 3 or 4 examples of logos you like and I'll go from there. You are now just giving me feedback about the logos but nothing specific to go from.

you because that's not my style we just could not come together on this.
And you still didn't give me any direction on the timeline. How can we be so far apart when you never gave me exactly what you want to go on there initially. I was running blind and you slammed me for doing so. The project has changed entirely since we spoke. It went from using your photos to?????? I don't know what you want to use on the time line. You submitted samples but no direction on each of the samples as to what you like about each.

I uploaded an image with 3 samples of logos you can view. Did you look at the sheet that I uploaded with the three variations? It's in the workroom on elance.
Also, you did ask for me to start on the timeline "Saman... J.
sorry for the delay had some family issues. But things have changed face book timeline for pages and now I really don't want my me to be on my brading I rather have you design a logo and have that be the focus. Some items want be needed because of facebook changes. sidebar pic and the website like page. so If we can substitute the logo for that with two timeline banners.

You asked about the dimensions of the timeline did you click on the one in the workroom and download and view the large file? I don't think you did or else you wouldn't have asked me about dimensions.
I feel that we are all across the board on this project. I don' feel comfortable with changing to a wordpress site now. That may be opening up an entirely new can of worms. I want to stick as close to the original proposal as possible unless we renegotiate pricing. Let's go back to the logo and view the work that I presented and we go from there and hammer that out. Then we go back to addressing that timeline you asked for.

I and sorry you think I belittled you berated your work I did expect more (when we talked in the beginning I explained that). We are so far apart as to what I want and what you delivered.
So let redirect your efforts can you build a word press website I want to copy two websites combine the header with the body of another.
