After all these years senior transportation & errand services Robert Stefan He bounced a check - promised to pay in writing then tried to black mail to not keep his agreement Suffern NY
Mr Robert Stefan owner of after all these year senior Transportation & Errand Services met with me to participate in a networking and expo service to expand his business. He was kept exclusive so that his transport business would be the only one represented in the group. Fee was Agreed to $499. He signed a written contract and payed using a check that bounced. He was contacted. He agreed that the check bounced due to insufficient Funds and set up payment arrangements in writing. They weren't kept. These arrangements were fair spanning over 3 weeks in order for Mr Stefan to get monies together. My business is running and expanding hard.
It was explained to Mr Stefan that I was injured in the past but my company is doing well and running as promised. Mr Stefan proceeded to black mail me with info he read from ripp off reports that was irrelevant to the present issues /bounced check and our agreement He wrote me and cursed me in writing using profanity and confinued to harass me after he was asked to stop contact. He then when On the rip off report to hurt me again. Mr Stefan informed me that when he bounced my check he bounced geicos too for his Insurance . I told him I was going Legal and filing a claim against him. He is a dishonest owner who gives out bad checks and then tries to justify corrupt money transactions. Do not use this business or trust this owner. Thank you
