On April 1, 2016 I purchased 2 trials. One was skin revive and the other was eye rewind. After completing the order form I read the terms and conditions. I was confused, it was very mixed up, convoluded, skipping from one topic to another. It was terribly inconsistent.I thought I had 14 days to call for a return number, which was my plan since it wasn't working.

I received my products on April 6th I think, so from my thinking I had until the 20th to call and make arrangrements to return and get a refund as well as cancelling my membership.Sounds right but its not. According to some very small print the 14 day trial period starts once your order has been processed, not your payment.

In other words the same day you place your order, days before you have the product. You really do not get 14 days to try it, you only get a few. Like me, I lost 5 days to use the product because they don't ship until the payment has cleared and then there is the shipping time. This is a total rip off and a scam to boot. Since I never experienced this type of trial period beforeand did not start counting my 14 days until I had the products, I received an overdraft of approx 170.00 from this company today on the 15th. Ordered on the 1st trial is over on the 15th eventho I received it on the 6th. When I called the company all I got was a cold shoulder  and was told to be excited over having one of America's best skincare duos. The same 2 bottles that were worth 5.95 each yesterday are now worth 92.00 each today and they still don't.
