Agreatplacetostay Judith buck Switch and bait. Scam takes money from innocent people and lies about refunds and or actual home you will rent online reservation once you arrive in Santa Cruz don't expect the home you wanted for you Santa Cruz, California

Judith buck owner she staes is a rip-off artist and lies point blank. She doesn't return phone calls. We rented a unit online we were over charged and when we arrived to acquire our so called sea side Santa Cruz California vacation rental by the sea!!! We were told house keeping not complete go get dinner on her? We paid!! And unit would be ready not the case we were switched to another property with out any options available to us we had planned this over a year prior!! Unit switched too was dirty dishwasher didn't work washer was broken a pilot light on the heater /propane gas smell was leaking into the home had to vacate that property! Nightmare!
No compensation to us as a matter of fact when we tried to reach agreatplacetostay.com to speak to the famous owner Judith buck we were told she was in a meeting and would call us back she did not / another member of AGPTS Laurie took our call and apologized said she would leave a message for Judith buck. To date no word back one email did come from the book keeper stating she would forward refund amount to the owner Judith buck and that she had no control over the approval unless Judith gave her approval to issue check!!!! What kinda stupid individual do you think I am?
Since then we are in the process of hiring an attorney to deal with this as no one should work hard and be treated with such disrespect.
