I first had contact with ais supplier in february 2010.  At that time, I decided to 'sign up' with them to re-sell the 'sex toys' from their website.  Since that time, I have also been busy building an additional website.  This second website was designed to resell those same products as well.

However, since I have no contact with ais and have no assistance or customer service, I find that I am now extremely angry with the entire situation and I am feeling, well, really, really ripped off by them.

They are listed in Google as having been in business now for over a decade.  However, when I contacted them to get more information to put on the second website, I was advised via email that they do not have this information just yet.  In fact, what they told me via email was that "they do not provide data feed at this time; however, they are almost finished with their latest upgrade and will offer this soon"!  This is unacceptable to me.

In the time that I have been with ais, I have done everything that they have suggested to sell these adult products and/or toys.  And, to date, I have received exactly TWO checks from them for my 'commission' of sales.  These checks are laughable to me.

I am beyond dissappointed with this whole process.  I have spent over a year building this new website and during this entire time, I have made numerous emails to ais notifying them of my intent to sell their products on this new/second site.  However, they have repeatedly refused or just ignored repeated requests for additional information.

But, in the meantime, they are right on time with the demand letters for their monthly payment fees of $39.99!  We invested over $400 in February 2010 and we still have not received any kind of 'return on investment' from this company.

The customer service is laughable to say the least.  Their professionalism is laughable!  I do not appreciate having to constantly send emails to a company that apparently just takes its time to answer those emails.

I have even sent emails directly to Zach about all of this.  Those emails go unanswered or they are answered by another department within this company.

I believe in my heart that ais really needs to be shut down permanently!  This is a complete disgrace to the internet service world.

They are a laughable company to put it mildly!

Now, I am in a position of having to make a decision of whether or not to continue with them or to cancel this account and start all over from scratch....again!!!
