My torsion springs broke and I called around to get a couple of different prices on having them replaced. They quoted me a price of from $250 to $350. When they came they charged my $495.00
When I looked online at how to replace your torsion springs, I discovered that the man who replaced my springs didn't even measure or see what type of torsion springs that my garage door had, he just took a set out of his truck and replaced it. It took all of about 15 minutes and after seeing that you can get torsion springs pretty cheap, I really feel like I was over charged.

I got my brother into my business because he was not making any money doing what he was doing. After about a year working in my business in which I was successfully in for over 15 years prior to this complaint, I caught this crazy brother stealing money from my business and diverting it to his account. I soon fired him for doing this and he is trying to retaliate by ruining my business.
This is not a real person complaining, everyone of my customers are completely satisfied and I never received a complaint in 15 years. He has filed several complaints and the way this complaint and the others are written it sounds just like him. On other complaints he identifies himself as "my cousin" where we are to believe that someone would actually file a report for their cousin. It takes time to file these reports so it is unlikely that any cousin would take the time to do this. This is just my disgrunted brother who has to go back to his boring lifestyle because HE got caught stealing and now is upset because he is no longer a part of my successful business.
