A.L. Financial Corporation ripoff They repossesed my vehicle when I was only 8 days late making my car payment and every time I've called them to try to recover my personal possesions they yell curse, and are rude. They won't let me recover my work tools and other personal possessions that were in the vehicle. Phoenix Arizona
I lost my job about a month and a half ago. I had just financed a vehicle right before I lost my job. I was 8 days late for my first car payment and they came and repossesed my vehicle with no notice or anything. I have called them numerous times since they took back the vehicle and every time I am met with nothing but rude heartless rip off artists.
I have tried to make arrangemts with them to get my work tools which were in the vehicle and some other personal belongings that were also in the car and they will not allow me to do that. Some of the items in the car were not my own they were friends of mine and they are now mad at me because they can't retrieve there property. How can they get away with this!
Isn't there any laws that prevents them from doing this. I am starting a new job tommorrow and now I will have to have my company buy my new tools (which are not cheap) and take the cost out of my next 4 checks. As of this writing I am still only 20 days past due on my payment. Give the little guy a break!
I am a hard worker and have always held down a job. This Wreaks!! These people should be put out of business for unfair business practices.
