Complaint Review: Alabama Board of Nursing and Alabama Board of Pharmacy -

The Alabama Board of pharmacy is corrupt to the core. They accept bribes from CVS because they are a corporation. It's simply amazing the pharmacist Ryan Smith doesn't know how to count pills and he has shortened our medication on several occasions but he was being a dirtbag by doing it so we would have to come back to the store. But CVS made him the supervisor over the pharmacist.

They are downright evil at this CVS in Phenix city. Then they call the other CVS pharmacies to violate our hippa privacy rights to bad mouth us that we are difficult customers. When the pharmacist and techs were being the difficult ones in harassing us about getting our medicine filled.

I don't have to take being treated like crap or being abused. People on this site have never really seemed to understand my side of the story! They always say I am the instigator and provoker!  What is so wrong with them at CVS just filling my medication and me paying for it! Why do they feel the need to make things hard for me!

Its because they are evil demented sociopaths at this one CVS store in phenix city. And because of phenix city past of being sin city. All types of evil things were going on that road on 14th street going into Columbus ga.

And its corruption when the police go after an innocent person like me. It was CVS employee who lied to the police about me being unruly when it was them! I fight back which a customer has a right to do "STAND YOUR GROUND! The manager at this store let them treat certain customers bad and doesn't fire them!

How Christina and Matthew acted was uncalled for! Him telling me that he wasn't going to fill my prescription and that I was causing problems for all the other customers! They were only two and was going to make me wait 1 hour for my medicine! When it only takes them 15 minutes to get it ready if you go inside! I was tricked they were so nice earlier that day.

I will not be tricked or fooled like this again! They had no right to tell me to leave and not come back! Telling the whole store my private business and letting other customers know about the complaint I had filed with the board of pharmacy! But CVS has some nerve to protect their employee's privacy but customers they just throw their arm up!

All of you are very wrong about blaming me! I have a right to be treated with dignity and respect. But employees and businesses in this day in age are bullies! And they have the same type of attitude that you do! I did nothing wrong. I just wanted to be giving my medication refilled with no issues and be on my way. But they couldn't even do that because they rather are rude and ugly and show bad customer service!

  Then people have to put up with people like you on top of already being upset, and trying to push them over the edge! It's not fair or right you treat people like this!

 I really hope that you are seeing therapist to help you with your MANY issues. The world does NOT revolve around you, your wants, your dislikes or preferences. From reading your many, many entries in Rip off Report, it appears a majority of your complaints are not "true rip off" but an inability for you to communicate in a way in which you are understood and you also understand the other person's view point.

You come off as a highly unpleasant person to deal with. Perhaps that's why you have issues with people disliking you.

They are other complaints from people against this pharmacy. Why is the board protecting them along with the Store manager's district managers and regional managers! And the police! Then the employees are allowed to retaliate against the pharmacy customers! The pharmacist refuses to fill their prescriptions even though my doctor changed my medicines and order me new diabetic test strips!

They are messing with my health. They know that I'm on high blood pressure, and causing me this trauma only makes my PTSD worse! You don't have to be in the military to have PTSD. When you have to deal with this type of jerks can't do simple tasks because they want to retaliate!  Because CVS allows them to treat pharmacy customers like this!

BTW just because they don't have a ton of complaints against them, which CVS does but not on this site! Doesn't mean the OP is filing a false complaint!

I'm not in the wrong here y'all are along with CVS! This pharmacist had no right to speak to me the way he did! I just want to know why that CVS doesn't reprimand these bad pharmacist or the board of pharmacy!

This is why they have such an hawtie and cocky attitude! It doesn't make any sense why they allow them to continue to treat patients in this type of way!

You do not WORK. Your MOTHER does not WORK (remember the post about how she was fired from her nursing position and blaming "black people" and the Board of Nursing?? It is always about YOU!! You are the center point in every report you post.

Therefore YOU are responsible for every little thing you exaggerate in every report. SO keep posting, promising things and feeling self important because you are NOT. Blaming everyone that is not white is just your thing.
