*SAFETY WARNING* I was rented a car from Fort Lauderdale airport. Half way to my location every light in the car came on and awful noises. Then the brakes went out. I called Alamo and was told to drive to the Boca Raton location. When I arrived I was told there were no cars and I should drive this car with bad brakes back to Fort Lauderdale. Employee Eugene Groover slammed the door on my face and told me to leave. Branch Mnaager Jeff Stein watched as the both laughed and made my 10 yr old cry. Zero resolution so far. I had to leave the car in Boca Raton and take an Uber to my location. The employees left us stranded in a rain storm and continued to mock us. My credit card has been charged and there has been no refunded issued. I have contacted every social media outlet, only to get GENERIC responses in return.

Charged now another $88.45 on my credit card with no authorization to do that. Why am I being charged at all for a car that was rented with mechanical issues to me? The car we picked up, the brakes went out and returned an hour later. Is is the location I dropped off at? If so, how could I possibly drive the car back to Fort Lauderdale with faulty brakes? This was my issue from the beginning. Next stop news outlets. I have been treated like complete garbage over a rental car that was rented to me with mechanical issues. I am the customer. Please stop protecting the employees like they are the victim. Alamo is CRIMINAL. Elesa Mayfield Heights, Ohio
